Memory Care at The Magnolia December Lookback

What a busy month for our Magnolia Memory Care folks! December gifted us a Christmas surprise disguised as beautiful weather, and we couldn’t have been more grateful! Although it was a green Christmas this year, we still welcomed the Holiday spirit throughout the month of December.

Music is one of our favorite activities at the Magnolia, and luckily this month was full of entertainment for us to enjoy during the season. We welcomed back some of our favorite entertainers including the Happy Grams choir, Bill Eckstrom, The Sunshine Band, Davis and Eng, Cindy Sue and Rick Bruening. Along with participating in a few of our favorite games such as bucket ball, dice, and bingo, we definitely mad

e time to get together with our friends and family! On Christmas Day we sat by the tree, opened our new gifts, and enjoyed a delicious cup of hot cocoa and homemade cookies. Not only did we celebrate our December birthdays, but we also made time welcome 2020 with a New Years Eve party!

As this year comes to a close, we would like to reflect on those that made this year so wonderful for the Memory Care Unit at the Magnolia.

We hope that everyone had a great holiday season and a fantastic new year! Happy New Year from all of us at The Magnolia!

As always, we welcome any friends or family to all the fun that we offer at the Magnolia! For any questions or suggestions, please contact Ericka Johnson in Activities at (716) 569-3095 Ext. 6714, or by email at [email protected]
