The Chef’s Corner
This last weekend we had an amazing time celebrating Mother’s Day with the special ladies in our lives here at the Tanglewood Group. Hopefully, you were able to view some of the fun we had by paging through our posts on our Facebook Pages. The kitchen’s at each of our facilities served up a turkey dinner that was made complete with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and roasted vegetables. We had the opportunity to share this dinner with family members and we were told it was absolutely delicious. The slow roasted turkey breast, bread stuffing and fresh roasted vegetables all were seasoned and cooked to perfection! Lastly we finished with what else but Angel Food Cake with fresh strawberry sauce. What a great way to spend Mother’s day! Below is our stuffing recipe for everyone to enjoy!
